Why you should not work in an MNC?
[Disclaimer: The following content may not be appropriate for some audience, who can mis-interpret the concept. The opinion expressed here is purely personal and personal opinions often might be wrong.]
People believe that working in an MNC will be enough for man's status. Their dowry prices increase. Value in society will increase. Friends believe that they are happy. Has any one understand how these people suffer working in an MNC?
Professional problems:
BOSS will be the first enemy of an employee. He puts tons of work over their heads and asks to work within short time. If they don't work within the time. Appraisals get effected. Salary hike is almost impossible.
Female problem:
Of course, ladies in MNC do work. But I can say many ladies don't work effectively. If you have some females as your subordinates, get ready to do their work too. Their mind will not be able to process things as fast as a man's mind does. You have to explain them everything. Its good that you do it yourself. A biggest problem.. they talk alot on cell phones (I don't know whether they are their boy friends or just "timepass friends" or their husbands or their relatives) and are not able to concentrate on the work and distracting the working person from his concentration.
Any way, girls in MNCs are like angels. At least you get enjoyment to your eyes. With tight dresses and sweet voice. So other male employees like them. Females don't need to work hard. Because they have some "bakara" males to work for them. Ultimately, their work place attendance reduces. They enjoy parties, outings, friendships etc. But male employees dont have all these. (Isn't it pity?)
Even BOSS doesn't say any thing. You see.. basically a man-woman chemistry works all the time.
Health problems:
Loads of work pressure, making a person to stick to the seat. Sitting for a long time causes their feet to forget the weight of the body. As a result, software people suffer from knee pains at a very young age. They can't even stand for long time. Even the spinal cord looses its shape. They can't stand straight or walk without a defect.
No free time:
People believe that only 5 working days gives them free time on saturdays and sundays. But having done a lot of work with mind about 13+hrs a day, software professionals dont get proper sleep. So saturday is gone. By the time they decide some fun on sunday and take a first step, sunday is also gone. Monday.. back to work again. Some people do enjoy, but they should be asked.. whether they have enjoyed really, without adding strain to the body?
Money problem:
Earning lots of money implies ultimate happiness. But with no free time, how can some one enjoy happiness? Plus, have you ever seen the income tax on software professionals? They charge you heavily. They think that you are having a lot of money that can be used for poor people. But is that what is happening out there?
Despite of having these common problems, there are more problems faced by others. If you want to come into a software MNC.. BE CAREFUL!!
